The leisure facilities and comfort
The hotel had a restuarant via apple and we had to wait two hours for our food to arrive, it was not worth it, it was appalling, even when we complained we were not reinbursed for the appalling food, was not impressed with that,. The food was not worth the price and food the hotel too prices for food overall when you add the government taxes etc. will not stay there again.

What's great and what's not
The standout amenities and superb staff, especially the spacious layout and warm hospitality from the front desk team. Meals were varied and delicious.
Some aspects left much to be desired. The cleanliness wasn't up to par, and I faced issues with room key accessibility . This dampened an otherwise pleasant experience.

the location of the hotel is just great, on a walking distance of whatever you might need from the city
hotel entrance and parking space, the first hotel in the world where you have to pay to park your car in their parking lot!

Hotel is not what I would expect from the Kempinski chain. Rooms are very dated even though the hotel is just a few years old.
